Most switches take 3–7 business days from the time you choose a plan to the installation date. We schedule the installer at a time that works for you, including weekends in most areas.

In most cases, no. The new provider installs first, then we cancel your old service — so you're never without internet. We coordinate the timing specifically to avoid any gap.

We'll check your contract end date and early termination fee. In many cases, the savings on the new plan more than cover the ETF within a few months. We'll do the math for you before recommending anything.
