Who handles your request
This notice covers requests submitted on therightplan.ca. The Right Plan and Le Bon Forfait use the information you provide to assess your needs and follow up. For privacy questions, write to info@therightplan.ca or call (289) 901-0105.
Information you provide
The form collects your name, email, phone, province, postal code, requested services, personal or business use, language and optional preferences or notes. If present in the URL, campaign source parameters accompany the request. Do not include payment details, identification documents or sensitive financial information in notes.
Purpose and destinations
Your request is first saved on the WordPress server, then sent to crm.lebonforfait.ca and HubSpot as a backup. These tools support request processing and follow-up. Service providers may process information outside your province or Canada. Information needed by a selected telecom or security provider is shared only after the relevant next step and authorization are explained to you.
Your consent and choices
Submitting a request authorizes contact about that request by phone, text or email. It does not authorize promotional campaigns or a credit check. You may withdraw follow-up consent or request access, correction or deletion by contacting info@therightplan.ca. Withdrawal does not affect processing already completed.
Security, retention and cookies
Access to request delivery receipts is restricted to WordPress administrators. Delivery failures are retried. We retain request information for follow-up and applicable operational or legal needs; contact us to discuss a deletion request. The rebuilt pages do not add advertising or analytics trackers. Essential hosting security and WordPress functions may create technical logs or cookies.
